We all have sufficiencies in our lives, whether it’s the love of our family, enough food on the table, a warm place to live, a warm cat on our lap, the sun shining, a brain that functions, money in the bank, good health, or just waking up in the morning to experience another day on this amazing earth. More than anything else, consciously recognizing my own sufficiencies has helped me shift from the poverty mentality I held tightly for so many years. It is enough.
