I just purchased the Bi-Weekly budget and so far so good! I really like the layout of it and the automated calculation feature. My favorite item is the “Money Goals” section.
Which is a great place to remind you of your future goals and keep track of them. No other budgets I’ve used had this feature. For years I would use ‘monthly’ budgets and still fall off of the wagon even when tracking my progress while living paycheck-to-paycheck. I think this method is the answer.

I love these Google sheets for so many reasons: 1) they budget the way my mind thinkgs (by paycheck instead of monthly). 2) They are accessible across all my devices, including my phone. So I never have to wonder how I’m doing budget-wise. 3) They allow me to tweak my budget each paycheck for things that don’t come up often (tax prep, car tags, etc). It was definitely $9.99 well spent.

Before purchasing the bi-weekly budget spreadsheet I had been using my own spreadsheet to budget monthly even though I get paid every two weeks. It never worked and I was still not meeting my goals. Switched to this spreadsheet since it went by my payday schedule, but I was able to see two paychecks on one spreadsheet and FINALLY SUCCESS! I realized that I was eating into the next paycheck before I even received it by using the monthly method. The bi-weekly spreadsheet is so easy to use and set-up. I wish I was better able to track my savings goals progress, but this paycheck to paycheck method is what I needed and I appreciate that it looks pretty!
