I started Doordash two weeks ago. Decided to go with them as they are market leading now and include commercial insurance. You can Dash same day if you qualify, no cost to apply AND they send you startup gear soon after your first completed dash. Pay is weekly and includes income Monday-Sunday, you get ACH in the bank in 2-3 banking days. FREE PPE you can request once a week just dropped… sweet.

More suck than cha-ching with most orders. You get the occasional $20 fee+tip but mostly sub $10 fees (some are an abysmal $3). A few tip in cash. Sometimes you drop in sketchy areas… did a few BC I am ex-military and know when to say NO.

You won’t get rich doing this. I fortunately have a pension and this keeps me motivated BC Doordash is close to IPO and has solid technology. Try it for a week, if it’s not for you move on.

One thing I’ve found that has boosted my tips is using tip reminder stickers. I buy them from Etsy and usually make more from tips than I do from the DoorDash pay!

Do all the apps require new selfies all the time to go online or process payments or is it just Uber. I have a deadly fear of cameras. I barely got through the 1st selfie. I was sick to my stomach & had panic attacks for 3 day’s to get it done. After a week they asked for another selfie. I’m done With Uber eats, I can’t go through this every week or often.
