I remember being slapped so hard that I fell to the floor and literally saw stars. I was holding my babygirl who was only a few months old. I still hear his voice calling me fat, stupid, ugly and a whore. Sis I didn’t have a plan either and my son suffered. I love my children so much and I thank God we got out when we did. Still today my son cannot swim because his dad hit him at the age of 4 or 5 while he was in a tub a water. My son thought he was drowning and so did I. I didn’t know what domestic violence was and neither did I know about depression. Today I’m still angry because I have to deal with depression even when I am so very happy. Thanks sis I love you family!
